Terms of Service

Last updated 11 August 2026. These terms are a contract between you and Harmonize. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or buying a digital product, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Harmonize is an independent community, digital store and academy for coaching, digital products and self-paced courses. In these terms, “Harmonize”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this platform, and “you” means the person using it.

2. Your account

You need an account to enroll in courses, access purchased files, join live cohorts or take part in the community. You must give accurate information, keep your password confidential, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Accounts are personal. Do not share your login, resell your access, or use one account for several people. We may suspend accounts used to circumvent payment or to redistribute paid content.

3. Enrollment and access

Courses, eBooks, templates and live cohorts are sold individually. Enrollment is complete when your payment is recorded and an entitlement is attached to your account; access then appears in your Academy and library. Until then, only lessons explicitly marked as free previews are available.

Unless a product page says otherwise, access is granted for personal, non-transferable use and remains available for as long as the product is offered on the platform. Access can be time-limited where the product page states an expiry (for example a cohort seat).

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in FCFA with an indicative conversion in other currencies. Payment methods available to you depend on your country and selected currency and may include MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money and card.

Payment is calculated and confirmed on our servers. Discount codes, bundles and order bumps apply only under the conditions displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

5. Refunds

Digital products are delivered immediately, so purchases are generally final. We will review a refund request made within 14 days of purchase where the product is faulty, was materially misdescribed, or where you were charged twice for the same item.

Refunds are usually declined where a substantial part of a course has already been consumed or where files have been downloaded, since the content cannot be returned. To request a refund, contact us with your account email and order details.

6. Creators, coaches and affiliates

If you publish products, you confirm you own the content or have the rights to sell it, that your descriptions and pricing are accurate, and that you will deliver what you promise — including any coaching sessions or revisions included in a package.

Affiliates may promote products using their referral links. Referral tracking is based on recorded clicks and completed orders. Spam, misleading claims, fake urgency, cookie stuffing, unauthorised paid ads on our brand terms, and self-referred purchases are not permitted and may void commissions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, resell, share or re-upload paid lessons, videos or files;
  • harass, threaten or abuse other members, coaches or staff;
  • upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, payment flows or rate limits;
  • scrape, probe or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.

Serious or repeated breaches can result in loss of access without refund.

8. Intellectual property

Course content, written notes, templates, branding and site design remain the property of Harmonize or the respective creator. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it for your own learning and your own business, not the right to redistribute, resell or teach it as your own.

9. Community and live sessions

Live cohorts and community spaces are moderated. Session links are issued to registered participants only. Recording, republishing or sharing a session link without permission is not allowed.

10. No guarantee of results

Our programs teach business skills such as drop servicing, client attraction and digital product creation. They are educational. We do not guarantee income, clients or specific outcomes — results depend on your effort, market and circumstances. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice.

11. Third-party services

We rely on third parties for hosting, payments, email and optional social media connections. When you link a social account, you authorise us to fetch public profile and post data to display on your pages, and you can disconnect at any time from your dashboard.

12. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product in the previous 12 months.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Harmonize at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if payment is reversed, or if required by law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use Harmonize after an update means you accept the revised terms.
